Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://lorenaspristineperfections.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Lorenas Pristine Perfections markets and arranges Deep Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Garage Cleaning, Basement Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Lorenas Pristine Perfections or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
As-Is Basis. https://lorenaspristineperfections.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Lorenas Pristine Perfections makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Lorenas Pristine Perfections's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Lorenas Pristine Perfections against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under WI law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in WI for any related dispute.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
